Welcome to ODEC !
It’s my pleasure to invite you to Open and Distance Education Centre (ODEC), a centre of online learning, training and research. In ODEC, we engage both teachers and students through online tutorials, training and research sharing. We support students through the online platform MOODLE to cater for the needs of those individuals who are in remote places and desire the accomplishment of several courses at master’s degree, professional training and research. We involve students in online interactive platforms such as chats, video conferencing, discussion forums, quizzes and support with ample resources to assist their learning. Therefore, the students develop their content, pedagogical and ICT skills to address global needs and meet the core values of the educational system in Nepal.
In addition, we engage faculties through online professional development training, such as writing for publications, indigenous knowledge, Learning Through TEAMS, Using MOODLE platforms and many more.
